Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Aaryashree Food Production and Packaging Industry. We take great pride in the quality and authenticity of our traditional food products.

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we have established the following policy to ensure safety and fairness for all our customers.

1.     Returns of Food Products

To maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, we generally do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered and the seal is broken, unless the product is damaged or defective.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a refund or a replacement if:

  • Damaged during Transit: The glass jar or packaging is broken or leaking upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered Mango Pickle but received Radish Pickle).

  • Quality Concerns: There is a verifiable issue with the product seal or quality upon opening the package for the first time.

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must provide a photo or video of the damaged or incorrect item as proof.

  • Keep the original packaging and the item until your claim is processed.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • Personal Preference: If you simply do not like the taste or spice level of the product.

  • Improper Storage: If the product spoils due to being stored incorrectly after opening (e.g., not using a clean spoon or leaving the lid open).

  • Incorrect Address: If the order is delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

5. Refund Process

Once your claim is inspected and approved:

  • Replacements: We will ship a fresh replacement to you at no additional cost.

  • Refunds: If a refund is preferred, it will be processed through your original payment method (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, or Bank Transfer) within 3–5 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Once the order has left our facility and is with the delivery partner, it can no longer be cancelled.
