  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Within Kathmandu Valley: Delivery usually takes 24–48 hours.

  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on the location.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or transportation strikes.

3. Packaging & Safety

Because we specialize in pickles and traditional food items, we take extra care in our packaging.

  • We use secure, leak-proof, and break-resistant packaging to ensure your jars and pulses arrive safely.

  • Every order is inspected for quality and seal integrity before dispatch.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email. For long-distance shipping, we will provide a tracking number (if applicable) so you can monitor your package’s journey.

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. Aaryashree Food is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Damages

Aaryashree Food is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged packaging/product immediately.

  2. Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receipt.

  3. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping
